(b) This lovely old house in Getaway, Lawrence Co., Ohio was the home of the
Langdon family described on the photo. Notable in this group are Otto Wilbur
"Ott" Dillon, his wife, Lenna Florence Langdon, and their two boys, Marshall
Lowell Dillon and Paul Lehr Dillon. Otto Wilbur was the son of Peter Hamilton
Dillon(1833-1904) and Sarah Elizabeth Sites(1848-1932) and the grandson of
Vincent Dillon, Sr. and Hannah Jackson Dillon, profiled elsewhere on this site.
The Dillons and the Sites were early arrivals to
Lawrence Co., Ohio in the early and middle 1800s. These families at profiled in
