(b) Virginia Dillon, whose gravesite is located in the Rome Cemetery,
Proctorville, Ohio, was the wife of Frank Roubieu and the daughter of Elmer
Wesley Dillon(1879-1970) and Ottie Hall Dillon of Lawrence Co., Ohio and
Cabell Co., West Virginia. Virginia's life and family are best described through
her obituary as follows: "Virginia Dillon Roubieu, 77, of Fullerton, Calif.,
formerly of Huntington,(WV) died Wednesday, May 11, 1994. Gravesite
services will be conducted Monday, May 16, at 2 p. m. at Rome Cemetery,
Proctorville, Ohio by Dr. R. Jackson Haga. She was born March 15, 1917, in
Windsor, Ohio, a daughter of the late Elmer and Ottie Hall Dillon. She was a
retired marketing sales clerk. She was preceded in death by a sister, Margaret
Dillon; and two brothers, Dr. Conley H. Dillon and Waldo Dillon. She is
survived by two daughters, Dee Dee Brandon of Fullerton, Calif., and Mrs.
Robbie (Peggy) Burns of Anaheim, Calif.; one sister, Mrs. Harley (Reva) Khul
of Huntington(WV); four nieces and a nephew. Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.
