I am researching the William Dimick (b. 1807, m. Margaret Brown, b 1804) line who lived in Elmira, NY in 1840's. Their son Walter B. Dimick's wife Chloe Woodard and boys, Eugene and John lived in Castorland, NY in the late 1800's. Walter, b. 1848 d. Dec 7, 1894, was in the Army and was a civil war vet. I have his pension file. He died in the Soldier's Home in Bath, NY. His sister was Mary Louisa Dimick, b. 1842 d. 1934, m. Charles Miller on Oct 9, 1884. They lived in Troy, Pa. after marrying. She lived in Elmira, NY before marrying.Specifically, I am trying to trace William and Margaret and their ancestors.

I am also researching William Edmonds, b. 1798 d. 1863, m Susan, b. 1799, d. 1866. They had nine children and may have lived in Connecticut. Their children lived in S. Edmeston, New Berlin, and Castorland, NY. I am trying to trace William and Susan's ancestors.

Also, Morris Woodard, d. 1884 m. Julia b. 1828 d. 1911. Their three daughters lived in Castorland, NY area. I am trying to trace Morris and Julia and their ancestors. Morris was a civil war vet, I have his pension file.

Also, Francis Buell b. 1816 d. 1898 m. Wealthy b. 1828 d. 1871. Their three children lived in the Castorland, NY area. I am trying to trace Francis and Wealthy and their ancestors.
