| My name is Richard Doan. I was born in Welsh, Louisiana, in 1944 and have been keeping a family tree for the last several years. Please let me know of any updates that you are aware of so that I can keep it updated as much as possible. There is also much missing information that I'm sure I could get from many of you and would appreciate receiving that as well. I keep track generally of birth dates, death dates, marriage/divorce dates, and any vital statistics you would like to have included in the family tree. Hopefully, this will eventually serve as an official family record and ensure "immortality" for us all. I currently have approximately 700 individuals included in the family tree going back as far as the 1500s, with space to include up to two million entries, so there's plenty of room for expansion and additional information.
