DODD FAMILY - William was born in Barren County Kentucky in 1858, and died in Modesto California in 1930. His wife Sallie Ragland was born in Barren County in 1868; she died in San Diego County California in 1960. William was a horse trainer by trade and worked within the thoroughbred horse racing industry.
