MCDOUGAL - Wilbur McDougal was the son of Allen McDougal II, and Rosina Lillian Loftis. He was born in Atlanta, Georgia on 01 October 1886, and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. He became a career railroad man. He married Edna Lissenden in Elizabeth, New Jersey on 25 March 1912. They were life residents of Columbus, Georgia.
