RAGLAND-DODD - Sallie Ragland was born on 30 July 1868 in Glasgow, Barren Co., Kentucky, the daughter of Ephraim Thomas Ragland (1825-1883) and Amanda A. Sloan (1832-1916). She married William Belknap Dodd in Brownsville, Edmonson Co., KY on 03 December 1884. She moved with her husband William to Modesto, CA in 1890. She died in Fallbrook, CA on 07 March 1960.
