RAGLAND Family - Sallie Ragland was born in Glasgow, Kentucky, the daughter of Ephraim Thomas Ragland and Amanda Sloan. She married William Belknap Dodd in Edmonson County, Kentucky on 03 December 1884. In 1890, she moved with her husband and children to Modesto, California. She lived the last years of her long life at the home of her daughter, Agnes (Dodd) Walker, in Fallbrook, California.
