DODD Family - In this World War II era photo, my father, Sgt. Robert Dodd Sr. (Army Air Corps), stands to the right of a flight inspection crew. The photo was taken in the Aleutian Islands on the isle of Amchitka. These troops prepared aircraft for raids against the Japanese on the isle of Attu, and elsewhere in the Pacific theater of war.
