Charles and Julia married in Georgia in 1920.
They had two sons, James Thomas and Robert Clayton, both deceased.
James T. Winningham's first wife, Flora Padgett was the mother of Charles and his second wife, Ophelia Hudmon Powell was the mother of James P.(note:Charles' father, 1/2 brother and son are all named James)

James T., Charles J., Julia B., Flora Padgett and several others are buried in Lanett, Alabama.
