| I am researching serveral veins of my husband & my family tree. > The Domnicks: There have been serveral spelling variations located. These include: Domoniki, Dominik, Domminick, Dominick. The family settled in the Polish community of Milwaukee, WI. Joseph Dominik & Anna (Detloff) immigrated from Poland abt. 1888. They had 4 children in the motherland and at least 4 children in the US. > Son Joseph Dominik Jr. married Mary (Kleczka)- Daughter to Jacob & Agnes Kleczka. > Daughter Apolinia married John Jankowski > Daughter Augusta married John Gramza (Grams) > Daughter Frances died in 1909. Franz Bialk; an Uncle to Joseph Sr. was living with the family for some time. I have not been able to document his link to the family. > The Waszaks: Joseph Waszak & Pauline (Zawistowski) immigrated from Poland in 1907. The family settled in the Polish community of Milwaukee, WI. Their daughter Caroline married Joseph Dominik III. Joseph's brother Frank came to the U.S. before him & was living with a relative Matthew Ujadowski. I am not sure of the family connection. > The Heims: Valentin Heim & his fiance Josfa Karg immigrated from Germany in 1885 or 1886. They landed in New York where they were said to have been married. I am trying to locate documentation of this marriage. The family settled in the town of St. Nazianz, WI. > The Muellers: The variaton of Muller is present in historic documentation. According to census records the name was also spelled Miller. Sigmund Muller & his mother Franziska immigrated from Germany in 1866. They settled in Charlestown, WI.
