I am attempting to find my family background. My father's side of the family is from the United States, mostly in the states of Texas, Oklahoma, and Missouri. My mother's family came from Mexico, mainly from the states of Durango and Chihuahua. If anyone can help me to add onto this tress, please feel free to contact me. Family Background My mother's side of the family is all from Mexico. Both of my grandparents were born in Guanacevi, Durango. Both of them knew each other as kids growing up in their small town, growing up and going separate ways, and then joining together later to build their new lives. My father's side of the family has mixed lines from Cherokee Indian, German, Irish, and who knows what else. They are from most of the eastern United States and Europe.
