Starting Sept. 5, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum
message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles
will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will
no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.
This site is created so Dorscher relatives everywhere could share their family stories, historical events and even legends. Created in 2003 as a result of many relatives interested in the information that I have, and expect alot!
Within these pages you'll meet several Dorschers, who have interesting history as one of the original settlers in North Dakota. Who they called their spot Kasenbach. Today it no longer exists. I still would love a piece of the wood from the old church, I hear that pieces are still laying around the creek area.
On this website over time you will find alot of information about the Dorscher family, descendants, and ancestors as far as we know. I married into the Anderson family, so you will also find their genealogy here also. There are lots of gaps so if you can fill them I would love your help.
