The Dorsey Family Home Page

I am researching George F.W. Dorsey and Sarah Elizabeth Dixon, George Dixon and Eleanor Grimes, Harvey (Pappy) Gill and Elizabeth Crabster on my Father's side. They resided in Maryland and West Virginia.
On my mother's side was Nicholas and Mary Leaf, John Leaf, Henry Leaf, the Tipton and Tracy (Tracey) lines from Maryland, Jacob Kreiger or Krieger or Creager or Criquie m. Theresa Bird. Jacob was naturalized in 1846 at Baltimore, Maryland.

Additionally, John and Winifred Moran - Ireland, son John B. Moran m. Elizabeth Creager. John and Winifred immigrated from Ballykilcline, Rosscommon County aboard the Metoka and landed in New York on 30 October 1847. Children were John B., Catherine, and Francis.
