| We are researching the Altman(n), Jiskra, Matejka, Pasek, Wanek (Vanek) & Zalesky families from the Czech Republic that settled in Saline County Nebraska in the late 1860's. Also the Dorman(n) & Schmidt (Smith) families from Germany that settled in Saline County Nebraska about the same time although the Dorman's lived in NYC for about 30 years prior to leaving for NE. We are not limited to these names as we have put over 11,000 names into the WFT, while we claim only 4,000 are direct relatives, and will try to help anyone, any way we can but, we are seeking additional information also. |
