Surveyor

He was a captain in the Confederate Army of the Civil War. He brought the
Masons into Snowball, Arkansas, which is between Harris, Ark. and Little Rock,
Ark. There is a monument there for him. Barry Bates is in the census in
Snowball, Ark. about 1860. He was a corporal in the Confederate.

in Snowball, Ark. around 1860.
