Marian Robeson and Eugene Douglas Family Home Page

I am a descendant of Green C. Douglass, believed to have been born in Tennessee. He was born May 6, 1817 an died June 28, 1877 in Falls County, Texas. He is buried in Blue Ridge Cemetery in Falls County. He married Isabell S. Perkins Feburary 24, 1842 in Monore County, Mississippi. They had twelve children: Perry O., Sarah Louise, Napoleon Bonaparte, Partheina, Josephine, Thomas J., Caldonia, William C., Alonzo Richard, Alfonzo Buchanan, John H., James C. They moved from Mississippi to the border of north western Louisiana and southern Arkansas and from their to Texas. Green C. bought 400 acres of land in Limestone Co., Texas from T. T. Easter & wife in 1876. My grandfather was Aflonzo Buchanan Douglass. My father was A. J. Douglas.
