He married (3) DRUSILLA HUNT Aft. 1850. She was born 28 March 1810, and died 06 May 1878 in Richhill Twp., Greene Co., Pa.

      In the name of God, amen. I, James Courtwright, being sick and weak in body, but of sound mind and well disposing memory, considering the certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time thereof, and to the end I may be better prepared to leave this world when it shall please God to call me hence,

      I do therefore make and declare this my last will and testament in maner following:

      I first order that all my just debts, funeral expenses and charge of proving this my will first be paid and satisfied after which I will that after my death if my beloved wife Drisella is living that she have her maintanence of the proceeds of my farm until her death unless she marries again, if she should marry she is to have her interest as the law Directs. I further will and bequeath to my son, James Courtwright, sixteen acres of land 26P which I value worth seven hundred dollars. Also I will and bequeath to my son Samuel T. Courtwright, the balance of my real estate, which he, the said Samuel T. Courtwright, shall pay or cause to be paid to my son William Courtwright, or his heirs, the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars. Also to pay to the heirs of my son, Jesse L. Courtwright, dec'd, the sum of one hundred fifty dollars. Also to pay to my daughter, Sarah A. Dunn, widow of Ezra Dunn, dec'd or her heirs the sum of one hundred fifty dollars. Also to pay my daughter Hannah Wood, wife of Phillip Wood or her heirs the sum of one hundred fifty dollars.Also to pay my daughter Susana Chess, widow of Henry Chess, dec'd or her heirs the sum of one hundred fifty dollars, which the aforesaid Samuel T. Courtwright, is to have one year from my death to pay my aforesaid heirs their amount of money which in all will be seven hundred fifty dollars. I also will to my son Samuel T. Courtwright, after my death all my personal property, by him the said Samuel T. Courtwright, paying all my debts, funeral expenses of my and my wife, Drisella, and erecting a grave stone to our graves, if my wife Dies bearing my name.

      I further constitute and apoint Stephen Knight, executor of this my last will and testament, as witness my hand and seal this 19 day of May, 1871.

1. Obidiah Roberts, born 1818, died 3-22-1843, married Mary Throckmorton, of Morford and Margaret [Hill] Throckmorton, born 1-7-1817; died 3-3-1850. Mary married [2] James Courtwright.
Obidian and Mary had one child, Isaac, who died in infancy.
