I am a Descendant of Johannes DAUTt/John DOUTT of PA.My wife is a Descendant of Thomas COURTWRIGHT, possibly from NJ to PA circa 1780. She was adopted by Hiram and Inez Tustin DULANEY at the age of four months.
Names being researched are: in the DOUTT line: JEWELL,McMAHON, WRIGHT,from the Beaver Co., PA area. Also the lines of DAWSON, from MD to Pa circa 1775; Also COCHRAN and WOLF from Beaver Co., Pa., 1800-1900.
In the Courtwright line: JACOBS, FUNK, PETTIT, CHESS, STAGGERS, all to Greene Co., PA late 1780-1800. HARTLEY, LeMASTERS, MORRIS, MOORE, WILES, in VA/WVA, [Wetzel Co.,] early 1800's. Have collected much information since 1982.
Also DULANY/DULANEY/DELANEY and TUSTIN from western PA and Wetzel Co., WV.
Other interconnected branches as I have come across them. Will share information to those interested.
I am a semi-retired widower, my other interests are music and photography. I would like to hear from anyone connected to the above family lines to update as much as possible.
