It all began when brothers John and Leon Perszyk traveled from West Prussia Germany and made their way to the United States of America and settled in to Leelanau County, Michigan as farmers. Each brother bought farmland in Leelanau County. There were many trips made and sometimes settlement in Milwaukee Wisconsin. I know have information that leads me to believe they lived in Milwaukee, Wisconsin before setteling in Leelanau County, Michigan. Check out the 1880 Census of John Perszyk.
My Grandmother, Blanche Perszyk (maiden name McCarthy) started working on the family tree many years ago. I began in 2002 and took off searching where she left off. This site is dedicated in my heart to her.
If anyone has any additional information or finds a mistake within my tree please contact me at dawndmd@charter.net
