The Earl and Geraldine Bland Family Home Page

I am calling this the Earl and Geraldine Bland Family Home Page because Bland is my family name. Earl Bland and Geraldine Sutherland Bland were my parents. They lived in Keyser, West Virginia, and moved to Lowell,Ohio in 1952, when I was eight years old. They had and have relatives in the Cumberland, Maryland area. My dad worked in construction, helping to build powerhouses in West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. The last place my dad lived was Belpre, Ohio. The last place my mom lived was Marietta, Ohio. My dad's dad's name was Albert Hagen Bland, a native of West Virginia. His parents' names were Irad Oliver Bland and Sarah Ann Myers. They were married in Wetzel County, Ohio in either 1871 or 1881.

The persons named above are primarily the ones I am researching. I have not yet found birth records for either Irad Oliver Bland or Sarah Ann Myers. If any one reading this has these people in their geneaology, I would appreciate hearing from you. I do have their death records, plus a few other family records and would be willing to share any information.
