Family spread from Lancaster to Delphi IN, Baltimore MD, thence to Nashville TN, to Waltham MA and to Franklin WV. Other names: Ball, Bartholomew (Lanc), Bertzfield (Lanc), Bigler(Ohio), Camblos, Cole (Lanc), Erwin (Lanc),Foster (MA), Colosky, McColosky, Galasby (Lanc), Gerber (Lanc), Hoak (Lanc), House (Wisconsin & Iowa), Iwrin (Lanc), Kautz (Lanc), Killian, Lagen (Iowa), Mansfield (MA) Martin & Miller (Lanc only), Menkel (Ohio), Reed (Lanc), Reese (Lanc), Ronskey (Lanc), Sullivan (Iowa), Wade (Phila), Waggoner (TN), Wolf and Wolfe Lanc), Zebley (Delaware).Also Cahill (DE)and Wade (DE) From 1800-1860 Drepperds well known as master gunsmiths of the PA-Kentucky long rife, both flint and percussion.
