| I am researching DRURY, LYNN, HEATH, HERRING, KICK, BROWN, FERRES,GLASSCOTT, and many more! Countries include Australia, England, Ireland and possibly Canada. My journey started when I found a "Drury Tree" in the back of a book while working in England. I copied the tree purely from curiosity. When I got home to Australia I discovered that my great great grandfather was on it! (Oh how I could kick myself now! All that research and discovery that I could have done while I was over there!!) All of a sudden I had my family tree back to 1066. I have dug it out and tried to follow the branches on and off since then. Only in the last few months have I dug deeper - since the Internet, which has opened up a whole new world!! Like most of us, my tree was started without recording my sources, but over time I hope that I will be able to correct this. My sources include the original book, "The History of the family of DRURY in the counties of Suffolk and Norfolk..." by Arthur Campling, F.S.A., the "HEATHIANA - Notes Genealogical and Biographical of the Family of Heath", The "Memoirs of the Rev. Joseph Drury, D.D", and the "Autobiography of Dean Merivale" I hope these pages will help in leading me to other family members, and that I in turn will be able to help others with their research.
