Not much is known about Edward except that he served as a private in the Seventh Company of Militia in the Upper Battalion of Westchester County, New York , under Col. William Willett, Lieut. Col. James Verplanck, Maj. Pierre Van Cortlandt, and Capt. Joshua Lobdell sometime in 1760.
He is assumed to have been the father of : Amy, Mary, and Solomon.
