Ludwick Pilger Will In the name of God Amen. I Ludwick Pilger of the Township of Franconia in the County of Montgomery and Commonwealth of Penna. Cordwainer being of aged but of sound mind and Memory (Thanks be to God) Do this Nineteenth Day of Oct. in the year of our Lord One Thousand and Seven Hundred and Ninety-five Make and Publish this my last Will and Testament in Manner and form as follows (that is to say) I commend my Soul into the Hands of Almighty God my Creator to be decently and in a Christian like manner Buried in Hopes of a Joyful Resurrection through the Merits of my Savior Jesus Christ, and as for the Temporal Estate wherewith it has pleased God to Bless me, I Dispose thereof as follows first I order my Just Debts and funeral expenses to be paid, Item I give unto my beloved wife Magdalena Pilger the Sum of One Hundred Pounds, our Bed and bedstead with all the furniture thereunto belonging, a pip stove, one Milch Cow, All my Linnen, and as much as my Household goods and Kithchen furniture as she may have necessary for her own use. All the remainder of my Goods and Chattles I give and order to be equally divided unto my Sons, George, Henry, and Ludwick and my daughters Magdalena and Charlotte or their Lawful Representatives share and share alike, and Lastly I do hereby Nominate and appoint my Beloved wife Magdalena Pilger and my Sons George Pilger Executors of this my Last Will and Testament. In Witness thereof I the said Ludwick Pilger have Set my hand and seal hereunto Dated the Day and year first above written.
