Notes for Andrew STEWART: Son J.F. Stewart signed Samuel's Mexican Survivor's Pension in 1887 as a nephew. Andrew died during Mexican War at National Bridge, MX. Samuel Stewart brought his personal belongings back to his wife. Samuel was in same company during Mexican War and was also at National Bridge, Mexico. Samuel was also named as executor of his estate. Andrew's widow also moved to Independence Co, AR. Co. B. 5th TN. Infantry. Information of this family from Wesley Stewart, great grandson.
