Alfred L Truitt Mary Christine Towey had 10 children Alferd Lee, Alice Mae, Ernest Isaac, Lauraine Mary, Walter Morgan, Margaret Alma, Maude Christine, Albert W, Floyd E and Oscar J.
Alfred daughter Maude wrote "Rincon" a book on Alfred moving his family to South Texas to manage a large ranch. Then later moving on down to Mission Texas. She also wrote a book “HORSEBACKERS OF THE BRUSH COUNTRY”. This book is about his life as a Texas Ranger.
