CYRILLE AND ALBINA FACETTE Cyrille and Albina Facette were married in Ottawa, Canada in 1883. They later moved to Superior, Wisconsin, and still later they immigrated to Canada in 1909, with all their family and settled in the Burtonsville area. Cyrille and Albina had six children, four girls and two boys - Lillie, Eugene, Theresa, Louise, Albert and Blanche. Cyrille worked as a labourer in logging camps and on river drives. He also did some farming. A son, Albert, passed away in 1915 and was buried in Burtonsville. Cyrille retired in 1919 and moved from the Burtonsville area to Brightbank. Cyrille passed away in 1929 and was laid to rest in the Manly Church Cemetery. Their daughter, Theresa, passed away in 1937 and was buried in the Carvel Cemetery. Cyrille's wife, Albina, passed away in 1945 and was laid to rest in the cemetery at Carvel. Eugene Facette passed away in 1959. He was buried at Barrhead. Lillie Facette married Mike Miller in Albany, Oregon. She passed away in 1962 in Albany. Louise passed away in 1973 in Edmonton and was laid to rest in Victoria, British Columbia. Blanche resides in Blunts Nursing Home in Leduc, Alberta.
