The people in it are Charles and Mary (Gibbs)Tarlton, Kate (Womack) Followell, Lawanda Baggett, Virgil Tarlton, Herman Tarlton, Bonnie Tarlton, Betty Tarlton, and the twins, Kay & Ray Tarlton. The picture was probably take by Rachell (Followell) Tarlton, Virgil's wife.
