Senecals of Sutton,MA

Arthur Senecal and Rosienne Theroux came to the U.S. in 1900 form Quebec, Canada. They lived in a small town call Manchaug, part of Sutton, Massachusetts. That is where my father was born. The only problem I am having is that on his and at lest one of his brothers Rosienne's last name is Landroche instead of Theroux. I am trying to find out why.
