Notes for John C Weaver: John shows in the 1860 Census in Seneca county as the son of John and Rosanna Weaver. He is reported as a 5 year old boy born in Ohio.
Interestingly, there is also a John Weaver shown in the 1870 census listed as a 22 year old white male living with Benjamin Sechman and his wife Jemima and a female Phebe Sechman (age 32). He is listed as living in their household as a Farm Laborer. A 22 year old male named John Weaver is also listed in the 1870 US Census in Seneca County Ohio, showing occupation Farm Laborer, born in Ohio, living with a farmer John Weaver (age 71) born in Bavaria, and his wife Catherine, (age 67 born in Bavaria) This would lead to the conclusion that Benjamin Sechman married the widow of John Weaver, raised his son, John Weaver, and hired the son of another John Weaver, also named John Weaver. Benjamin Sechman must have really liked the name John Weaver???
John Weaver shows in the 1880 Census living at home with his parents with George, Flora, Jesse, and James in Liberty Township.
