Descendants of Elbert Lewis Ezell, Sr.
There three Ezell Families that migrated from Florida to Mississippi about the same time. They are Elbert Lewis, John and Benjamin. They are all related but I am not quite sure of the connection. There is a John Ezell b. 1801 in Ga., wife is Nancy, b. 1820 in S. C., who may be the father of Elbert Lewis, b. 1826, Ga. There is a Benjamin Ezell, b. 1811 in Ga., who married Susan Ward, b. 1818, Fl. Then there is Elbert Lewis, b. 1826, whose line is given here.
