| I am researching my fathers side of the WOODS family from New South Wales, Australia.Most of his family have died and I have no contacts for the couple who are alive. My grandfather was Alfred Henry Woods who married Evellyn May Evans in 1912 at Newcastle, New South Wales. Alfreds father was John Woods born in Glenn Innes, New South Wales.John married Caroline Tanner in 1874. Evellyns father was William Edward Evans born in Wales. Her mother was Elizabeth Jane ???? born in Ireland but nothing else is known of her. I would love to hear from any others who are researching the WOODS family as well. |
