I am researching the family Schimansky. Karl and Erika(nee Klich) immigrated to Canada in 1958. Karl Schimansky, Mother Anna Macek, Father Wenzel Schimansky Erika Klich, Mother Johanna Kuhn, Father Herman Klich Karl's family originated in the Slovenia area while Erika was from Gartz-Oder, Germany. I have been able to go back almost five generations on both sides but birth dates and death dates are still a problem to me.
