1. THOMAS *¹ EATON was born 1790, and died October 18, 1846. He married (1) JANE * ADAMS June 24, 1811. He married (2) ELIZABETH REXNOTE January 1828. He married (3) SARAH SEIGFRIED August 21, 1832.

Notes for THOMAS * EATON:
!Thomas first wife, Jane Adams, died in 1826. They had been married by Rev.
Clarkson. Thomas married his second wife, Elizabeth Rexote, widow of Peter
Rexote of Lancaster, Pa. Their first and only child was born three months
after their marriage in 1828. His name was James Benjamin Franklin. Thomas'
second wife died in 1830. Rev. Clarkson had also officiated at this second
marriage. Thomas married a third time to Sarah Seigried, 21 Aug 1832. He had two
children by this marriage, Hiram and Jacken. Sarah died in 1839.

Thomas is listed as living in Hempfield township, Lancaster Co. In the
household there is 1 male, 5 to 6 yrs old; 1 male, 30-40 yrs old; 1
female, 5-6 yrs old; and 1 female, 40-50 yrs old.(these person would fit

the Family of Thomas and his third wife,Sarah Seigied, except old family

records indicate that Sarah died in 1839. The family record could be off
one year if it was being recorded by memory some time later.)

The 1850 census does not list Thomas. Other famuly records indicate that
he died in 1846.

! One of the on-line research services indicates in a surname research a THOMAS
EATON in PA who died in Oct. 1846 and that his father was named THOMAS.
