      He had ten children. Samuel O. was the fifth child.
      Nathaniel bought 250 acres of land in Wood County, VA for $560. on 6 Apr 1812. Listed in 1810 Fauquier Co. Census, 1820-30 Wood Co. Census records. Listed on 1831 personal property tax list Wood County.
      After his death, his personal property was sold on 5 Apr 1834 to his son, Nathaniel.

"RICHARDS, ISAAC, lived on the upper side of the Kanawha River, above the mouth of Two Riffle Run, in 1800. He was born in 1767, supposedly in Loudoun County, Virginia, and died in Wood County, in 1847, at about eighty years of age. he had a son, Peyton, who lived to the age of ninety two. Isaac Richards married Deborah Drake in Loudoun County, Virginia, about 1793, and came to the Kanawha Valley a few years later, probably with or soon after, the Drakes."
