This is a picture of Benjamin Franklin Chancellor who was born about 1832 and died in 1913. He went west with his family, but returned to his home in VA/WV. His parents continued on westward and are listed in the 1860 Census for Scott County, Arkansas. His parents were John Cooper and Catherine (SINNETT) CHANCELLOR. Grandparents were Thomas and Judith (GAINES) CHANCELLOR and Patrick and Catherine (HEVENER) SINNETT.
