I am researching the Echols/Folsom and Biggs/McBroom families from Sallisaw and Muskogee, Oklahoma. Doy Socrates Echols married Blanche Folsom and they had seven children: Smiley, Leon, Calvin, Quinton, Doy Jr., Betty June, and Chester. Lewis Randolph Biggs and Ina Pearl McBroom had four children: Virginia Louise, Lilly, Violet Marm, and Norma Jean. I also am researching the Hodges/Whitener families from Cave City and Denmark, Arkansas. Clyde Hodges was born October 29, 1896 in Denmark, Arkansas and moved to Newport, Arkansas where he lived most of his adult life. Clyde and his wife, Ethel, have five children: Vernon, Dean, Raymond, Kenneth, and Oleta Louise. James William Whitener and his wife, Elizabeth Jane, had five chldren: Harriet Evelyn, Robbie Mae, Arthur Bryan, Welcie Teen, and Imogene. I would be delighted to have any information that you may have come across relating to these families. |
