I am trying to complete a family history which will include our Southern JACKSON roots and our Prussian SCHWEICHLER roots. Because most of my maternal family is dead or out of contact and most of my fathers history I am only now learning, this is not an easy task.
I have added some new names and families to my tree. From the Jackson side I can add my grandmothers RYMER family, her mothers BEAVERS and SHAW families and her mothers NELSON and TWEDLE families of Pittsylvania. On the Jackson side I add Sara Elizabeth GOLDEN who married James Henry Jackson, she was my paternal greatgrandmother.
On the Schweichler side I add my paternal grandmother's FLEISCHERand the origional Heinrich von SCHWICHEL of Hanover who is the furthest I can go back, about 1500! My maternal grandmother was GODOU.
