My families are located in Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania with descendants spreading all over the country. Many were German or Swiss immigrants in the 1600 and 1700s. Others came from England, Scotland, and Ireland. Would love to hear from you if you think we connect.

I descend from these MARYLAND families in Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Calvert, Frederick, Montgomery, Prince George's, Washington counties: ACTON, ALLISON, BEACHLEY, BROSSMAN, BRUNER, CHEW, COALE, DERR, FREY, HORINE or HOREIN, HOWES, JUDD, LARKIN, LINEBAUGH or LEINBACH, MAGRUDER, MIDDLEKAUFF, MILLS, POUSSERT or BUSSARD or POSSERT of BOSSERT, RUSSELL or ROSELL, SMITH (3 lines), SCHMIDT, SUMMERS or SOMMERS, THOMAS, WELLER, WILLETT, WOLFORD or WOHLFARTH or WOLFARD.

I descend from these PENNSYLVANIA families in Berks, Cumberland, Franklin, Lancaster, and York counties:
BENKERT or BENCKER, BEASLEY?, BIEHLMAJER, BURNS, HERR, HERTZOG, HOFFMAN, LIGGETT, MILLER (2), MUSSELMAN, SCHENCK, SHANK, YOST. Some of the above MD familes were in PA.

I descend from these VIRGINIA families in Albemarle, Caroline, Culpeper, Madison, Page, Rappahannock, Shenandoah counties:
ALTHER, BRADLEY, DOLLINS, ELLIS, GAUNT, GIBLER, GRIFFITH, HEISTON or HIESTAND, HUFFMAN, JUDD, KIBLER, LIGGETT, LILLARD, MALLORY?, MARTIN, MENEFEE, MOYER, MUSSELMAN, ODELL, PRINTZ, ROY, SHENK or SCHENCK, SNYDER, STOMBOCK, THOMPSON, WATERS or WATTERS, WELLER, WILLARD. Many of these German families were in PA before coming to VA.
