I am submitting this information on a little known branch of the Parsons-Pennington tree. It begans with Micajah Pennington and his wife Cynthia Correy, a pioneer family from North Carolina. It begans in north Carolina, goes through Lee County,Va. through Cumberland Gap to Jackson and Clay County's , Ky. It ends in 1925 with the death of Joseph Gilpin Parsons, a Baptist Preacher in eastern Kentucky.
