The Peter Edwards Family History Page

My name is Peter Edwards and I am researching my ancestors who originate from the Counties of Suffolk and Essex in England. The area I am most interested in is that just north of Colchester and Ipswich in the villages of Assington, Lavenham, Bures St. Mary, Naylandand Leavenheath. The surnames in which I am interested are Curtis, Crisell, Layzell, Smith, Newman, Holder, Frost and Butcher. The period is between 1500 and 1900.

I am also interested in the Curteis Family of Tenterden, Kent, whom are ancesters of my grandmother, the Blairs who lived in Stratford, London, the Townsends who came from Sapperton/Bisley in Gloucester area.
