Anna Pompi Thiel, born about 1830 in Bohemian Austria, the second wife of John Thiel off Vernon & LaCrosse Counties, WI. She was the mother of Frank, Jacob, William, and Dan Thiel . Dan Thiel married two Eggler sisters of my grandfather Albert Eggler and was the father of Glenn Thiel, who furnished this photograph.
