EHMKE, BOETTCHER, LANGE, LAABSHELPI am looking for info about the aabove names, from the POMMERN area of GERMANY. August Friedrich Wilhelm EHMKE, b. Oct. 15, 1863, in Dresow, Pommern, Germany. He was a tailor. Came to Milwaukee, WI in 1889 . Also info on Alwine Louise Wilhelmina BOETTCHER, from Tribsow, Pommern, August's future wife. She came to Milwaukee a year ahead of August. They were married in Milwaukee, WI in 1890. August's father was Friedrich Ehmke, and I believe Alwine's father was Rudolph Boettcher. These parents did not come to America.Julius Ernest LANGE b. Sept 16, 1875 in "Proetz" (?) Pommern whose father was Carl LANGE. Carl died when Julius was a young boy. Julius came to America at the age of 7 with his mother Augusta (nee LAABS) LANGE, Teich and his step-father, Herman Teich.
