We are in the process of researching on the Elbert family side: Joseph Elbert born 17 January 1817 in Ashoffenburg, Bavaria, Germany Haibach; married Crescentia Gulder 26 July 1848 in Buffalo, NY. Joseph died 10 December 1891 in Metamora, Il. Crescentia was born 5 November 1828 in Ingolstadt, Germany, Bavaria; she died 15 March 1915 in Metamora, Il.

Thomas McGovern (Brian, Thomas) was born 1840 in Ireland; he married Bridget Clarke on 5 March 1859 in Parish of Kinawley, Diocese of Kilmore, Co Cavan. Bridget was born in Tulley, Ireland.

On the Ford family side we are researching George Ford. George Ford born 29 April 1805. George Ford was born in Burlington Co.,Mansfield Twp, New Jersey. He is buried in Bennet, Ia at the Hanne Cemetery. George married Phebe Hutchinson in 1831. She is also buried in the same cemetery as her husband.
