Henry Eller's minor children (Henry, Samuel, Daniel, John) were placed in the guardianship of Jonathan Kepler on August 19, 1841. William Mikesell co-signed the guardianship application (Guardianship papers, Miami County Probate Court Case 01140).

Henry's estate was distributed to his minor heirs by Jonathan Kepler in 1844 (John), 1857 (Daniel), 1869 (Henry), and 1857 (Samuel). Samuel's inheritance was received by Henry and Mary Eller.

He was married to Mary Magdelena (Mollie) RENCH on 19 Nov 1816 in Miami County, OH.⁽¹⁴⁴⁾

33. Mary Magdelena (Mollie) RENCH ⁽⁹⁵⁾ was born on 2 Feb 1798 in Washington County, MD. ^(95)(144) She was buried in 1844 in Sugar Grove Cemetary, Newberry Township, Miami County, OH. She died on 11 Oct 1844 in Covington, Miami County, OH. ^(145)(144) Children were:

i. Elizabeth ELLER⁽⁹⁵⁾ was born on 22 Jul 1817 in OH. She died on 19 Mar 1901 in OH. She was buried in Covington, Miami County, OH.
The obituary of Elizabeth Eller Ullery states that she was the oldest of eight children of Henry Eller.
