The Barbara Elsner Family Home Page

I am looking for information on my Great Grandparents.
My Great Grandfather Carl Elsner was born Sept. 10, 1858 in Germany. I do not know where in Germany.

My Great Grandmother Emily Elsner, maiden name Hagemeister was born Oct. 11, 1860 in Grim Germany. Which I can't find on any German map.

They were married in 1882 in Germany.

They sailed to the U.S. in 1883. It's been told to me that their
first child Frank was born on the ship comming over. Frank's date of birth is Oct. 16, 1883.

They settled in Nebraska now known as Berlin. They stayed there
until 1899 were they and their 8 children came to Everson, Washington were they had 3 more children.

Carl died Dec. 8, 1922 at the age of 64.

Emily died Aug. 25, 1955 at the age of 94.

I do not know if Carl or Emily had any relatives and/or if any
came over with them on the ship or later.
