The Louis Gerald Emert Family

I'm Sandra Louise Emert, eldest daughter of Louis Gerald Emert and his second wife Kathreen Brown. I'm just getting started with researching my family tree on both sides of the family. My Dad, Louis Gerald Emert, was born September 26, 1924 in Greenforest Arkansas. My Mom, Kathreen Brown was also known as Mary Catherine Manes and was born November 30, 1940 in Harrison Arkansas. I don't have a lot of information on the Emert family side; however my Paternal Grandmother, Lillie Maebelle Wyatt did an extensive family tree tracing her lineage back to England in the 1400s. I'm anxious to hear if anyone has information on either the Browns or Emerts. I'm willing to share any information I have!
