Andi's Ancestors

What began as curiosity about an ancestor who fought during the Civil War has turned into a full-fledged hobby for my dad and me.
My file includes information about the following lines that we have traced "back to the boat", as we like to call it:

EMMERT, KETELSEN, PEDIGO/PEREGOY, CANTRELL, LAFEVER/LAFEVRE

Currently I am searching for information about the following people:
My ggggrandfather, Daniel Jefferson Martin:sheriff in Winchester, TN around 1870. Trying to find his parents' names.

My ggrandfather, John Conrad Winters, born in 1873 in Savanna, IL to Heinrich and Anna Stich Winters. Trying to find siblings of John.

My gggrandfather, John Courtland, born in 1844 in Rochester, NY. Moved to Iowa when he was 10. Trying to find his parents' names.
