Andreas Englert came to America in 1835 from Kudhardt Germany. He move from Pittsburg, Pa in 1841 to Dubois County IN. This is where son George and all his line have lived and spread around the world from. There are least three lines of Englerts That I am aware of the United States that share common roots with us. There is the Englerts of upper New York state and another in New Jersy. These lines came from Germany over the many years of major Germanic migration in the 1800's to the US.
